The 2009 Benefit Administrator Worksite Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by LIMRA compared satisfaction levels among voluntary worksite carriers. American Fidelity tied with another company for first place among Customers who would recommend products to others. The Company ranked second in overall satisfaction, exceeding service expectations, being easy to do business with, likelihood of renewing coverage and meeting service expectations. The survey confirms that American Fidelity Assurance Company is adhering to the formula for success that was articulated 50 years ago by the Company’s founder, C.W. Cameron: "I had learned that the most important thing in insurance is to service clients well and run a clean operation.".
