Employees have access to two Flexible Spending Accounts to meet their individual needs. Your employees elect the amount to be withheld from their paycheck before tax each month, and the funds are deposited into a collective non-interest bearing account for use throughout the year.
Health FSA
A Health FSA is a great way for employees to help lessen the squeeze on their budgets by saving money on common medical expenses that they are already incurring. Employees can be reimbursed throughout the year for out-of-pocket medical expenses such as doctor co-pays, deductibles, and much more.

Dependent Day Care FSA
A Dependent Day Care FSA is a great cost-saving tool for employees who require care services for qualified dependents (i.e. a child who attends daycare or dependent adult who still lives in an employee’s home). An employee can set aside up to $5,000 a year of pre-tax dollars to pay for dependent day care services throughout the year.
