In addition to its domestic markets in the United States, American Fidelity Assurance Company has expanded its services to the international market. In 1994, the international life department was created to provide quality insurance products and services to requesting clients outside the United States. Today, it offers a portfolio of life insurance products to clients worldwide.

In year 2000 American Fidelity International (Bermuda) Ltd., was formed to provide additional life insurance products to its international clients. The International Life department offers products issued by American Fidelity Assurance Company (Oklahoma City, OK) and by American Fidelity International (Bermuda) Ltd. (Hamilton, Bermuda).
