Understanding Your New Administrative Obligations
Health Care Reform created a number of communication challenges and compliance action items, many of which haven’t yet received a lot of attention in the press and therefore may not be on an employer’s radar. To assist employers in managing these new obligations, American Fidelity Assurance Company will offer a Health Care Reform webinar providing an overview of the various Health Care Reform administrative obligations impacting employers and plan sponsors.
May 16, 2013
1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. CDT
During the webinar, we will provide detailed information about the new notice, reporting, enrollment requirements, and answer the following topics, among others:
- Will employers be responsible for any upcoming health and welfare benefit plan fees?
- What notices must be provided to employees and how can they be distributed?
- What information will an employer have to be able to capture beginning in 2014 for purposes of IRS reporting?
- How might you be impacted by the automatic enrollment requirement?
This presentation will be valuable for individuals with administrative responsibilities for either an employer or health benefit plan.
