How do I set up an online account?
It's easy to set up your account..

Select Set Up a Business Account. |

Provide the requested information and accept the Employer Account Security Agreement. |

You will receive an email notification that your account is setup. |

Select Account Activation, then enter the Activation Code you were supplied with and then submit. |

Once you complete these steps you can login to your account. |
Note: Life Division policyholders (formerly Mid-Continent Life) can not obtain an Account Activation Code (AAC) at this time.
